Online Customer Support - Algeria

 We are looking for a customer support specialist to assist our customers with technical problems when using our services.

We expect the candidate to be available at least 30 Hours per Week and to respond as quick as possible to customer requests.

Main Responsibilities and Requirements


  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
  • identify customer needs and helping them use specific features
  • Report product malfunctions
  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Proficiency in English (or French), additional languages are welcome
  • Passion for Software Products
  • Creativity
  • Experience in writing online content (optional)
  • Experience using TeamViewer (Optional)
  • Commitment and Assertivity
